Optical Telecom Chosen as DAS Integrator

Optical Telecom was chosen by Verizon Wireless as their Turn-Key DAS integrator for the Phase II expansion of the Verizon DAS in the Enterprise Plaza Building, Houston, TX. The active DAS spans the entire 55 story high-rise building and 4 sublevels covering a 1.5 million SF, Class A, Commercial Multi-Tenant Building.

Being selected as the Phase II DAS integrator for this project required OTS to work in a fully occupied Class A building without interference to building tenants and visitors. The project was professionally completed on schedule and with a high level of satisfaction from the property management and carrier teams.

Optical Telecom provided all Phase II Engineering, Design, Installation, Commissioning and Optimization of the DAS. The DAS is currently providing seamless wireless coverage for Verizon wireless services for the building visitors and staff.
